Waiting for the Baby to Be Still

So I'm in Michael's room, trying to put him to bed. He's in one of those moods where he's decided he's just not going to settle down. I find the easiest thing to do in these situations is to just let him down on the floor and just wait for him to collapse. He has already tried to prolong the inevitible by leaving the room (when did he figure out how to open the door?), but my good baby listened to my plea and closed it again.

Oh, look. He's suddenly stopped and is lying still. Time to scoop him up and gently deposit the little sweetie in his crib.
